Pastry Chef de Partie
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full time Pastry Chef De Partie to join our prestigious client talented Pastry kitchen team.
As a Pastry Chef De Partie you will work as part of the kitchen team and you will be responsible for preparing, producing and executing delicious desserts to a consistently high standard under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop as a Pastry Chef De Partie and to improve your skills in a busy and varied five star environment.
What we are looking for:
Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food
A desire to develop, show attention to detail and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a similar role
NVQ level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
