Maintenance Assistant

Main duties will be to:
Ensuring the hotel is maintained as a safe and secure place to live for the guests.
Maintaining the hotel and grounds to ensure they are in excellent condition at all times.
Work closely with the hotel managers on long term maintenance plans
Check and repair fixtures and fittings that may include lighting and heating

Essential Desirable

• First aid at work certificate or willingness to learn
• Experience of Health & Safety procedures or willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a similar role
  Skills The ability to carry out tasks without Experience of working within a school close supervision environment
• Enthusiastic, approachable and a team player
• Good verbal communication & interpersonal skills
• Hard working, conscientious with a good sense of humor
• Good IT skills in Outlook, Word and
  Excel
• Ability to identify, prioritize and deal with issues as they occur
• Knowledge Good knowledge of both Math’s &
  English
• Behaviour Skills Be willing to work outside of normal hours if required
• Be willing to undertake further training
• A commitment to provide a high standard of support
• To have and sustain a good level of attendance at work
