Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Furniture Maker to join our client’s team in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for crafting custom furniture pieces, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and assemble furniture pieces according to specifications and design plans.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new furniture concepts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Furniture Maker or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation due to the lack of public transport in the area.
