About the Company: Our client is a leading provider of industrial fan and HVAC solutions. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Internal Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Verify supplier invoices to ensure prices match purchase orders and goods are received and booked in.
• Enter customer orders into the order system and maintain accurate documentation.
• Create and print order acknowledgements, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain the sales order book and invoice summary documents.
• Generate and place orders with suppliers in conjunction with the Technical Manager.
• Keep supplier correspondence and customer order files up to date.

Technical Sales Duties:

• Promote and sell the company’s products to existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and execute quotations and proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and appropriate pricing.
• Maintain the enquiry book and keep clients informed of new product developments.
• Ensure all client interactions uphold the best interests of the company.
• Potential to expand the company’s social media presence and marketing opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Background in Engineering or Physics.
• Proven capability to learn technical knowledge related to industrial fan and HVAC products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience in B2B sales.
