• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end establishment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Creative flair and a passion for producing visually stunning and delicious desserts.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
